FAQ About Ordering

1.1 Do I need to create an account before making a purchase from your website?

Yes, you will have to create an account before you make a purchase from our website. By setting up an account with us, it will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can sign up right now, or you can first start shopping and create your account before you check out at the shopping cart page.

1.2 How do I create an account?

Please click on “Sign In/Sign Up” followed by ‘Create an Account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

1.3 How do I order?

Shop for the items you want and add it to your shopping cart. When you have finished, you can proceed to your shopping cart and check out. Check and ensure that all information is correct before confirming your purchases and payment.

1.4 I have problems adding items to my shopping cart

You will be able to add the items as long as it is available. There could be an instance where the item is in someone else’s shopping cart hence the status of the items is reflected as “Temporarily Unavailable”. However, you can check the status for the same after 15 minutes.

1.5 How do I pay for my orders?

We accept payments via all major credit/debit cards such as Mastercard and VISA card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets and Cash on Delivery.

1.6 Can I amend my order once it is placed?

Unfortunately, you may not be able to change/amend your order once it has been confirmed. However, you can contact us customer support team for any queries at nomadicweaves@gmail.com

1.7 Can I return and cancel my order?

You may raise a return or cancellation request for your order within 2 days of your date of purchase. You will be charged a nominal fee of 3% of your total bill amount. Example: If you have placed an order of Rs.100 with us and cancelled it, we will charge Rs.3 and Rs.97 will be refunded back to your account. 1.8 Will there be any charge for Order Cancellation?

Yes, a nominal amount of 3% of your total bill value will be charged by us and rest will be refunded back as per your mode of payment.

1.8 I have a discount code; how can I use it?

Key in the voucher code at the field “Discount Code” and click “Apply Now” in your Shopping Cart page before proceeding to check out.

1.9 How will I know if my order is confirmed?

After you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us to confirm that your orders have been received. You can also check on “Track Orders” Section to confirm your order placement. However, do note that orders will only be shipped when your credit card payment has been approved. Alternatively, you may check the status of your order in “My Account”.

FAQ About Shipping & Delivery

2.1 When will my order be processed?

All orders will be processed within 3-4 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Time stated is based on India standard Time (UTC/GMT +05:30 hours).

2.2 How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The Standard courier delivery time frame is approximately 5-7working days and the Express courier is approximately 3-4 working days from the time of placing your order. This is applicable only to all domestic deliveries.

2.3 How can I track my delivery?

Once the order has been dispatched, an email will be sent to you confirming your order. You may check and track the delivery status of your orders on “Track Order” Section.

2.4 What are the shipping charges like?

Shipping is FREE for all domestic deliveries via Standard courier.

2.5 Can I change my shipping address after my order has been confirmed?

Unfortunately, we may not be able to change your shipping address once the order is confirmed. Therefore, please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. For any concern drop us a mail at nomadicweaves@gmail.com

2.6 There is a missing, defective or incorrect item received in my order, what should I do?

If in your order, some part is missing or partial delivered, defective or incorrect; you may sent us a mail on nomadicweaves@gmail.com and our team will assist you within 24 hrs.

2.7 I have not received my parcel, what should I do?

If you haven’t received your order within 10 working days after placing your order, then kindly drop us an email with your order conformation number on nomadicweaves@gmail.com

2.8 Will there be an additional charge for redelivery?

There are no additional charges for redelivery up to two times. Once the parcel is delivered back to the office, it will be marked as cancelled and you will have to make a fresh purchase again. However, a small token amount of 3% or Rs.100 (whichever is higher) will be deducted from your refunded amount.

2.9 I have yet to receive my parcel within the stipulated time frame. Whom can I contact?

You may check the status of your parcel via “Track order”. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at nomadicweaves@gmail.com and we will assist you further.
